Sculpted Agency Book your audit
Free CRM audit

Your CRM says 40,000 prospects. How many are real?

You send a CSV of your companies and contacts. We grade every record in it, then actually fix a sample: job changes, employee counts, LinkedIn profiles, validated emails. You get the report, the corrected records, and a video walking you through it, all before we meet. Free, and yours to keep.

The report shows up before we do.

Most audits are a sales call wearing a costume. This one is work, done in advance, on your actual data.

01

Book a time and send your export

Pick a time, then export companies and contacts from your CRM as CSV. Two minutes in HubSpot or Salesforce.

02

We scan the whole book

Duplicates, job changers, invalid emails, dead domains, wrong firmographics, empty fields, spam records. Every record, graded.

03

We enrich a live sample

Real paid enrichment against a sample of your records, on us. Scraped and validated live, not pulled from a stale database.

04

Report and video, then the call

You get the written report and a walkthrough video before we meet. The call is for one decision: what to fix first.

What lands in your inbox.

  • A graded scorecard. A to F across seven categories: duplicates, job changers, invalid emails, dead domains, data accuracy, fill rates, spam records.
  • Your corrected number. How many of your records are real, in your ICP, and workable. The number your forecasts should be built on.
  • The three biggest leaks. Ranked by what each one costs you in pipeline, with the fix for each, whether or not we're the ones who do it.
  • Where to start, and why. One recommended first move, ranked against everything else the scan found, and what fixing it should be worth.
  • The enriched sample rows. Every record we tested comes back to you filled in and validated. A working preview of the machine.
  • A walkthrough video. Jacob walks the whole report on camera before the call, so the meeting starts at the interesting part.

Your export is processed on our own infrastructure, never resold, never used to train anything, and deleted within 14 days unless we start working together.

Bad data has a price. The audit puts your name on it.

The costs never show up on an invoice. They show up in rep hours, slower deals, and committee deals you lose because you could not reach the whole committee.

Rep time

CRM users report losing about 13 hours a week to data they cannot rely on (Validity, 2025). At your loaded rate, that is payroll spent on dead records.

Win rate

Multi-threading deals over $50k can more than double win rates (Gong, 1.8M deals). You cannot multi-thread a committee your CRM cannot see.

Deliverability

Google and Yahoo enforce a 0.3% spam-complaint ceiling. Mail a dirty list and the damage lands on your good contacts too.

Want the dollar version with your own numbers? Run the cost-of-bad-data calculator. The audit then replaces its sliders with your measured rates.

Questions we get.

Why is this free?

Because it's the best sales pitch we have. Some audits turn into cleanup projects and ongoing work with our team. The ones that don't still walk away with a report worth having, and that's fine with us. The provider spend on your samples is a rounding error for our pipelines; that gap is the whole point of what we sell.

What do I need to send?

Two CSV exports: companies and contacts. HubSpot and Salesforce both do this in a couple of clicks. If your CRM can export a spreadsheet, it qualifies.

Which CRMs do you cover?

HubSpot and Salesforce are home turf. Anything that exports CSV works for the audit itself.

My CRM is huge. Or tiny. Does that matter?

No. The scan runs on the full book at any size, and the paid tests run on samples either way. A 3,000-record CRM can be in worse shape than a 300,000-record one.

What happens on the call?

You've already seen the report and the video, so we skip the reveal. Twenty minutes on one question: what to fix first, and whether your team does it with our playbooks or we do it for you.

What if my data is actually fine?

Then the report says so and you get to stop wondering. That has happened. It's rare.
