• Process for Refunds: We'll compare the agreed upon scope of work to the outcome of the project and agree if a refund is fair or not.
• Non-Refundable Items: Cost of tools, data, etc. used to deliver the Clay work.

3. Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your products efficiently and on time. Our delivery policy outlines how and where goods are shipped:

• All of our services are delivered remotely. We don't sell or ship any physical goods.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we offer a cancellation policy under specific conditions:

• Subscription Cancellations: Customers can opt-out of their agreement with Sculpted at the end of the current agreement term. The payments will be canceled from then and onward.
• Process for Cancellations: Cancelations are requested in writing, delivered via email to jacob@sculpted.agency
